Cheers to the weekend! Currently loving this dress for the end of summer. Just perfect in every way but it's the ruffled collar that gets me. Rather than the standard cascading ruffles this stands straight up and feels almost Victorian to me. The short hemline and open back make it modern. I'd have to coin this "regal chic".
