I love the idea of a bedside carafe.
Above, I found a few options at varying price points. I don't have an official guest room, however, I plan to be the consummate hostess once I do. A bedside carafe is the perfect touch! I always drink water before I turn in for the evening and would love to find a cute little carafe if I were staying in a friends home.
Would you ever actually use a bedside carafe, or do you think its simply a nice touch in terms of design aesthetic?

I 1000% would use one! I stayed in a hotel recently that had these instead of bottled water and I also loved it because drinking bottled water makes me feel guilty now because of the plastic bottle.
I have the second one listed but use in the bathroom for mouthwash. I actually never thought of using it as a bedside carafe, but I like the idea!
I always have a carafe at the ready for guests, just in cases. I also have a little secretary/dresser that I keep little trinkets and necessities in for guests. Always nice to have it ready for last-minute guests!
What a cute idea! I got into carafes when I was in France and they used them to serve any kind of drink. But I might have to get one of these for my bedside table...
