I was completely sold on this book the second I saw the blue opaline glass goblets on the cover. I've been coveting those glasses for two years now!
My friend "K" gave me the book as a hostess gift. I am currently pouring over each page of Thrifty Chic: Interior Style on a Shoestring. The gorgeous photos are quickly inspiring a NEED to go antiquing! I love when a decor book recognizes that stunning spaces CAN be created on a budget.
I'm officially on the hunt for a mirror! Anyone have an antique find on their radar?

Anonymous: Thanks so much! If you just click on the blue title of the book in the post it is a link. It will take you straight to Amazon to purchase :) I think they also have it at Barnes&Noble.

I also love your blog!
I recently graduated from college/moved out on my own, do you have any suggestions on some good home/design magazines to start subscribing to? Thanks!

I love House Beautiful, and Elle Decor. I also finds tons of inspiraton simply from following blogs! I would go to your local Barnes&Noble and preview their selection. Then once you've seen a few issues from various magazines you can commit to subscribing to your favorites :)
