Moleskin Notebooks

My friend just gave me a few of these notebooks and I am totally hooked. They come in many different colors and sizes and the paper is so beautiful. It is super soft and easy to work with.  I have pink mediums sized ones, and blue small ones which I use to jot down notes and ideas for the blog. These are a perfect stocking stuffer!

Pink Loves Brown pocket mirrors.  Perfect to throw into a purse and go! I would love to find one of these cute mirrors in my stocking.

I love these Ugg Nightengale Slippers. My Mother gave these to me when I was sick with the swine flu this fall. They instantly made me feel better! They are sooo comfy cozy!

My New Domino Fix...Literally!

The Second Issue of Lonny is Available Today!

We can all breath a sigh of relief! Former Domino contributors Michelle Adams and Patrick Cline have co-founded a new online magazine! Lonny Magazine is free and their second issue is available now! I would prefer the magazine to be printed because I find it annoying to deal with online. Nevertheless, there is one amazing advantage of the online feature. You can literally see something you like, click the link, and be taken directly to the source! Love Love Love. Apparently I'm not too quick on the uptake because I had no idea about this magazine! Luckily, my friend EAS over at Let The Tide Pull Your Dreams Ashore referenced the magazine! Thank you times a million!

(yes I know I'm a complete tiny bopper)

(if it's true that talking on your cell phone can cause brain tumors then I'm in big trouble!)

Headbands Please!

I'm loving headbands lately. My hair is getting too long and it's so easy to just throw on a headband and go. I tend to wear them to work, but I also love the sleek look of wearing your hair pulled back with a headband that adds some sparkle for a night out!

J.Crew always comes through with great hair accessories.

Anthropologie has some cute ones. I find that headbands with the elastic at the bottom tend to be a bit more comfortable. You can also wear them over your forehead for that boho look.

Holiday Party Look

I am loving this French Connection dress for a Holiday party! It retails for $218 but if you click the link when you check out you can snag it for 20% off. I am not a polka dot person... but this dress just works. My only complaint is the shoes that they have paired it with. NCAA!

I love gladiators but these are not dressy enough and the laces do not work. I'd prefer a sued gladiator or a pump with a super high heel. The dress is short so it can handle the height of gladiator straps (shown on the pair below). However, if you are short I would be careful because you want your legs to look long not choppy. 

I think I would end up with a black suede pump if it was a conservative crowd. If I was off to a bar or a friends party, I would definitely take a risk and sport the gladiators while keeping accessories to a minimum. Well that's settled. Now all I need is an invite to a party...

Amazing use of this exposed brick wall! Living in Baltimore you see a lot of exposed brick in the houses downtown. I would die to have this glamorous shabby chic retreat!

A feature wall on a budget! OK, now this is more my speed. I love the use of vinyl decal stripes on the wall. This is exactly what I am envisioning for my apartment. I have been researching wall decals and have found some that I like here.
